Why do I need to try execute GTO vs a dude who isn’t playing GTO?

Better detect imbalances in villian’s strategy and then exploit him.

Also on frequent nodes or vs strong villians I may want to play low exploitable strategies

Question 2

What buckets exist within the pseudo GTO execution? What’s their meaning?

Answer 2

5-6 buckets:
Pure,
0-25,
25-50
,50-75
75-100

Question 3

What bet sizes should I have within the system of applying pseudo-GTO strategy?

Answer 3

always have small/medium/large (25/50/100 or 33/75/125)

Sometimes add tiny eg 12% (3-bet pots) and huge 200% (in turn IP).

Question 4

How do I execute the pseudo-GTO method in real play?

Answer 4

For each street I should ask:

1. What’s the bet size I should use on this board? (on the river i can utilize a few)
2. To what bucket (0%,25%,50%,75%100%) does this specific hand belong?

To answer question 2, I can think about the global frequency, what does this hand’s class do, and then what this hand does.
