What to do with trauma triad of death

A

Aggressively control bleeding
Keep patients warm
Minimize volume of acidic IV fluids administered
If possible, monitor end tidal CO2 and ventilations to prevent respiratory acidosis
Consider administering tranexamic acid to help control internal bleeding
