2. Engaged in folk art tradition that existed for at least 50 years.
3. Constantly performed or produced works of distinctive quality.
4. Established reputation in the arts as master and maker of works in extraordinary technical quality.
5. Willing to transfer or has transferred the skills in traditional and folk arts to other members of the community.
