A combination of health and emotional coaching. Physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Nutrition, stress, weight loss and health.
What does relationship coaching aim to do?
Crate greater satisfaction and fulfilment in relationships. Can also be for family and friends. Rebuild trust and connection.
What is confidence coaching?
Help people become more strong and confident and life a fuller life, rather than settling for less.
What are the benefits of group coaching?
People can listen and learn from others experiences and thoughts.
More likely to be accountable as they have to report back to the group each session

Sensitivity - less judgemental
Detachment - avoiding clouding understanding and insight
Emotional intelligence - promoting self awareness
Listening and observation - noticing non verbal cues as well as words
Passion and interest - Desire to help others and genuine enjoyment of job
