What is the coaching process?
It’s a gradual process, to dig beneath the surface of thoughts and beliefs to understand internal objects to success and wellbeing.
What will I do for a client, in order.
Identify values, listen to challenges, provide empowering emotional and motivational support, identify and eliminate limiting beliefs, form a clear and realistic vision of future, formulate action plan and stay committed to goal progress.
When did coaching come into existence and in what field before it became big is business?
1980s - in the sporting field as it was known that mental blocks effect performance
