A

They are hidden deep in our unconscious mind. We don’t sit down and think about why we don’t do things and don’t realise we are holding ourselves back from things, limiting beliefs do this subtly but powerfully.

A

What does lack of planning mean?

A

Living on auto pilot. Reacting to challenges and not daring to dream. We think we can’t succeed so we don’t dare to try. Planning indicates desire and motivation to reach goals. Making a plan makes your subconscious believe you can do it.
