READABILITY:

the quality of experience the user has reading the web page, in other words how easy to understand and attractive it is.

The use of menu systems and hyperlinks to gain access to different subsections, get information or sources on a web page, or to move back or to the home page, this is navigation.

CONSISTENCY
A
the principle that determines that style, layout, and typography must be the same throughout the webpage.
