Pronation Distorition syndrome
A postural disorition syndrome charcterized by foot pronation (Flat Feet) and adducted and internally rotated knees (Knocked knees)
Short muscules: Gastrocenmius, Soleus, Peroneals, Adductors, Illiotibial Head, Hip flexor Complex,Bicep Femoris (Short head)
Lenghted muscles: Anterior tibialis, Posterior Tibialis, Vastus medialis, Glutes medius/Maximus, Hip external rotators
Lower Crossed syndrome
A postural distorition syndrome chatacterized by an anterior pelvic tilt
Upper crosses sydrome
Forward head and rounded shoulders
Beta blockers do what to heart rate and blood presusre
Decrease both
Calcium Channel blockers do what to heart rate and blood pressure
Raise both
Radial pulse
A way to take heart rate via the wrist this is the perferd method
Carotid pulse
A way to take heart rate via the neck secondary method
