Distinctively human, voluntary actions controlled by the will, an act in some way under the control or direction of the will, which is proper to man.
Human Acts
these are acts originating from the individual performing the act using knowledge about the situations of the act.

Deliberate decisions based on moral principles and societal norms; prescriptive in hypothetical situations.
INTELLECTUAL CHOICE
Decisions affected by psychological and emotional factors in real situations; may lead to inconsistency with intellectual choices
