-Highly viscous so easily break through barriers
-High temp takes too much water to cool + harden
-Path hard to predict

-Mori Tower, Tokyo has shock absorbers to minimise swaying
-Withstands 200+ mag one or more earthquakes a year

FAILURES:
-Sichuan 7000 aseismic buildings collapsed due to rapid construction to try and cope with rapid population growth
-1000s added deaths due to collapsing buildings

OVERALL SUCCESSFUL:
-Very successful if constructed properly
