## Footnote
**Ολικής** (Olikís): This word derives from the Greek word "όλος" (ólos), meaning "whole" or "entire." The suffix "-κής" (-kís) indicates the genitive case, denoting possession or association. So, "ολικής" translates to "of the whole" or "whole."
**Αλέσεως** (Aléseos): This comes from the verb "αλέω" (aléo), which means "to grind" or "to mill." The "-σεως" (-seos) ending represents the genitive case, again indicating possession or association. Therefore, "αλέσεως" can be translated as "of grinding" or "of milling."
Putting it together, "**ολικής αλέσεως**" collectively means "whole grain" or "whole milling," emphasizing the use of the entire grain kernel in food products.
