Muddle: - 7-10 Mint Leaves - 7-10 Tarragon leaves - 1 oz Pineapple juice - .75 oz Lime juice - 2 squint Salt tincture 1 oz Green Chartreuse .5 oz Falernum .25 oz Hamilton Pot Still Rum
Muddle the Mint leaves, Tarragon leaves, Lime juice, Pineapple juice, and Salt tincture in a Mojito Glass. Add the remaining ingredients and stir briefly without ice, Fill with Crushed Ice, Swizzle well (while pushing all of the Mint and Tarragon leaves to the bottom of the glass), Insert a 10.5” Metal Straw, Top with “High & Dry” Crushed Ice
Pineapple Frond (against the back of the glass) Dehydrated Orange Half-Wheel (in front of the pineapple frond) Mint Sprig (next to the dehydrated orange half-wheel) Powdered Sugar (on top of everything)

Short-Shake, Double-strain into a Punch glass filled with 2 oz Champagne
Mint Sprig clipped w/ a Large Dark Wood Clothespin.

.75 oz Honey-Ginger syrup (.375 oz Honey syrup + .375 oz Ginger syrup)
