Muddle:

- .5 oz Simple syrup

- 1 squint Salt tincture
1. 5 oz Citadelle Dry Gin (float)
Muddle everything (except the Gin) in a Waterford Crystal Double Old Fashioned glass, Add a Small Scoop of Crushed Ice till it reaches halfway to the top of the glass, Pour in the Gin, Add another Small Scoop of Crushed Ice to reach the rim of the glass, Insert a 6” Metal Straw, Top with “Low & Dry” Crushed Ice

Build in a Small Tin, Fill Small Tin ¾ full with Crushed Ice and Tiki Shake for ONLY 1 SECOND, Add a small splash of Cola (into the Tin), Dump into Tall Tiki Glass, Insert a 12” Metal Straw, Top with “High & Dry” Crushed Ice

2 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin .5 oz Plymouth Gin .75 oz Citrus (.5 oz Lemon juice + .25 oz Lime juice) .5 oz Simple syrup 2 dashes Angostura bitters 1 Egg White (.75 oz Egg White)
Dry Shake, Add Cubed Ice and Full Shake, Add 2 oz of Topo Chico to the Tin, Double-strain into a (chilled) Straight-sided Collins glass (until the foam reaches a ½” washline from the rim), Insert a 7.5” Metal Straw
Violet Powder (over the top of the drink) Marasca Cherry / Orange Half-Wheel / Metal Pick “Flag”

2.25 oz Amaretto Sour Batch:
- 1.25 oz Lazzaroni Amaretto
- Scant .5 oz Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon
- Heavy .25 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
- Heavy .25 oz Demerara syrup
.75 oz Citrus (.5 oz Lemon juice + .25 oz Lime juice)
4 drops Hazelnut Oil
2 squints Salt tincture
1 Egg White (.75 oz Egg White)
Dry Shake, Add Cubed Ice and Short-Shake, Double-strain into a Double Old Fashioned glass over a Large Mold Ice Cube
4 sprays Black Walnut Bitters (on top of the foam)

Build in Small Tin, Fill Large Tin ⅘ Full with Cubed Ice, Throw 10 times, Single-strain into a Martini glass

2.5 oz Espresso Martini Batch:
- 1 oz 42 Below Vodka
- 1 oz Borghetti Espresso liqueur
- Scant .25 oz Trader Vic’s Macadamia liqueur
- Scant .25 oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao
- Scant .25 oz J. Rieger Caffè Amaro
.5 oz Cream
1 squint Salt tincture
Full Shake, Double-strain into a Martini glass

- .75 oz 42 Below Vodka
- .75 oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Noyaux
- .75 oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 2 dashes Cassia tincture
- 2 dashes Acid Lactart
- 2 dashes Citric Acid
- 2 squints Salt tincture
