Applies to private and public employers with 15 or more employees
Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation
Level 1: Reaction - a measure of how participants felt about the program
Level 2: Learning - a measure of how participants increased, or otherwise changed their knowledge, skills and attitudes as a result of training
Level 3: Behavior - measures how participants changed their behavior on the job
Level 4: Results - measures how the training program results affect the organization’s goals
AIDA Plan
Get audiences ATTENTION.
Discuss how your message relates to them (INTEREST).
Persuade audience to have the DESIRE for product/service you offer.
Conclusion should inspire ACTION to do whatever you are asking
