Management by Objectives (MBO)
A type of performance appraisal, where the employee sets objectives for themselves that are aligned to the company strategy. The objectives must be measurable. 
Push Factor
Factors that push the organization toward globalization in response to the external business environment. Examples of this are a need for new markets, increased, competition, and government policies. 
Pull Factor
A factor that pulls an organization toward change by expecting greater organizational value through globalization. An example is organizations find. They may have more control over their business by developing a multinational presence.
Triple Bottom Line Concept
According to the triple bottom line concept, an organization shouldn’t just be concerned with gauging its success by profits. Instead, success metrics should be changed to account for people, the planet and profits.
