- no hip ADD past midline
- no hip rotation (IR/ER)
- no WB restrictions

A
BLT
- avoid excessive trunk flexion (bending)
- avoid lifting >10lbs (gallon of milk)
- avoid trunk rotation (twisting) –> use log rolling technique for bed mobility
- don spinal orthosis prior to mobilization
- no WB restrictions

- no pushing/pulling with UEs
- no UE ROM >90 flx
- avoid lifting >10lbs (gallon of milk)
- driving typically restricted
