A

Premise or flat number of caller
Floor of caller
Location of fire and fire floor if known
Conditions experienced by the caller
Location and number of any people told to stay put
Location and number of people who are unable to leave and receiving FSG
Location of vulnerable occupants and details of their vulnerability
Location and severity of casualties
Info about callers advised to evacuate including the reason why
Any relevant info regarding spread of fire and or products of combustion

What information will be relayed from the incident ground to FC?

A

All info to be relayed via the priority 9 button

Confirmed location of the fire
Location of the bridgehead, fire sector and other sectors
Floors and locations where its safe to stay put
Actions taken to rescue occupants receiving FSG
Confirmation of people rescued and flat number and floor of where they’ve been rescued from
Evac plan and any identified escape routes
Firefighting tactics employed and progress being made

Any dynamic change in conditions that require change to stay put / get out advice that FC give to callers MUST be communicated clearly and immediately between IC and FC
