A

Priority ‘9’ button (remember when OPS20 is in use (which is procedure) priority 9 cannot be used as OPS20 is for hailing only. Priority 9 can only be used on OPS1, 2 and 3).

A

A

On arrival make them selves available to the FSGSC for a briefing,
Will update and manage the CS10b,
Must provide updates received from the bridgehead (or other relevant area of operations) to the FSGSC who must update FC on the airwave radio on the progress of rescue

A

Provide a principal point of contact to receive FSG info from FC via OPS20
Maintain information-sharing with FC to ensure effective situational awareness, both in FC and at the incident
Brief and deploy the FSGSA crew to relevant areas of operations
Collate FSG information on CS10b and ensure regular updates on the deployment, progress and outcomes of rescue activities sent to each FSG call are passed to the IC and FC
