*nerve inn- C5- C6
* nerve supply - sup: deep radial ; biceps: MSK
* how is patient positioned- sitting with arm in supination at 90° of elbow flexion
*where do you stabilize - stabilize on the medial side of the elbow and place your other hand on underneath their distal forearm with ur thumb in line with the radius
* where do you push/pull- twist the patients forearm out of supination (twist inwards)

*where do you stabilize - stabilize on the lateral side of the elbow and place your other hand on underneath their distal forearm with ur thumb in line with the radius
* where do you push/pull- twist the patients forearm out of pronation

  • nerve supply - median
  • how is patient positioned- sitting with forearm resting on table and supinated and wrist flexed
    *where do you stabilize - one hand is underneath the wrist and the other hand has 2 fingers on base of 1st and 2nd metacarpal
  • where do you push/pull- pull in the direction of wrist extension and ulnar deviation
