What is a “Cracked ice” martini?
Same as a mist martini.
Shaken hard with less ice in shaker (to get ice flakes in drink)
What is a “Mist” martini?
Same as a Cracked ice martini.

What does the word “dry” mean in the context of a Martini?
Less vermouth.
What does the word “dry” mean in the context of a Manhattan?
Use dry vermouth instead of sweet vermouth.
What is an alternate way to “stir” a Martini or Manhattan?
Cover glass with a strainer and “swirl”.
How do you get drops of vermouth from a pour spout?
Cover the pour hole and drop vermouth out through the burp hole.
