1st stage- liver failure,hypoglycemia and vomiting
2nd stage-neurological manifestation like cns,pns
Lab findings-
Lactic acidosis,hypoglycaemia,increased alpha fetoprotein levels.

What about iron ?

A

Iron overload occurs and iron accumulation in hepatocytes and kupfer cells.
