midline cystic structure, anechoic or complex (infected), typically less than 3cm

What does Lympadenopathy look like? It’s RHACI
Round, hypoechoic, absence of fatty hilum, cystic necrosis within, increasing size
(mixed/chaotic vascularity)
What is common in nodes when they are mets from papillary thyroid cancer?
Calcifications, and appearing hyperechoic
