What is dexamethasone and what can it be used for?

Bone marrow suppression, bleeding, GI, reproductive toxicity, renal damage. Not for pregnant women!!! NSAIDs, ASA, sulfonamides, penicillin, tetracycline cause methotrexate toxicity
