associations with Crohn’s and adenocarcinoma of colon/pancreas

gross: minute to large distinct nodule replacing spleen (spongy/cystic)

micro anastomosing monotonous vascular channels resemling splenic sinuses, lined by tall endothelial cells with variable hemophagocytosis w/o atypia
