MINIMA FOR PRE-FLIGHT PLANNING

An aerodrome shall only be used in the pre-flight planning stage with only one destination alternate if the appropriate weather forecasts or weather reports or any combination thereof indicate that, during a period of ……… the applicable values are at or above the planning minima.
