after he died?
floods, diseases and famine which led to a rebellion against the Mongols. a new dynasty called Ming then took over

they viewed Mongols as foreigners and tried to eliminate all trace of them

After the rebellion against the Mongols and being its leader, he named himself emperor. he took over several important steps and moved the capital to Nanjing, he then rejected all Mongol policies and revived the civil service system and Confucian values
who was Yongle?
he was hongwu’s song and after his fathers’ death he took over power
what did Yongle do?
he moved the capital to Beijing in the north. He moved because he wanted to return to china’s northern heartland and to strengthen the country’s northern defences against future Mongol invasions.
