Q
Fludrocortisone - MOA
A
Na reabsorption coupled (loosely) with K+ and H+ excretion. Binds to mineralocorticoid receptors in cytoplasm causing increased expression of Na/K-ATPase and epithelial sodium channels.

Hypokalemia
Metabolic alkalosis
Increased plasma volume
Hypertension
