A
- milk, cheese, green leafy vegetables, tinned vegetables.
- added to bread, flour and cereals
- builds strong bones and teeth; helps working of muscles
- deficiency causes oesteoporosis; poor teeth; soft bones

A
- dairy, chicken, turkey, seafood, nuts, wholly grains
- works with calcium to build strong bones and teeth
- deficiency is not known

A
- liver, meat, egg work, pulses, dried fruit
- need to make haemoglobin in the blood
- deficiency causes anaemia, tiredness, breathlessness, palpitations

Sodium (Na)
A
- salt, salty foods, bacon, cheese, salted snacks, salted nuts
- regulates body fluids
- deficiency cause muscle weakness (people in hot countries need more salt)
