A

O: bodies of T12-L5 & IVD between them, anterior TVP’s of L1-L5
I: lesser trochanter of the femur
N: lumbar plexus L1-L3
K: 1. flexion 2. lateral rotation 3. anterior OR posterior pelvis tilt (depends if RMA) 4. flexion of trunk 5. lateral flexion of trunk 6. contralateral rotation of trunk
