Absolute
What is the difference between absolute and relative location?
Absolute location is the exact place on earth using longitude and latitude. Relative location is the location of a place relative to another place, this is typically addressed by distance in miles or meter and direction
What is the difference between a strait and an isthmus?
A strait is a small body of water connecting 2 larger bodies of water. an isthmus is a narrow strip of land connecting two larger pieces of land; surround by water in two sides.

~ Changed the institution of slavery

What is nationalism? How does it play a role in the movement for African Independence?
When you are showing nationalism you are showing pride for your country. People created political parties to take a role in government and to help support their country; the political parties supported right for Africans all over Africa
Why is music and dance such an important part of African culture? Describe the sounds heard in African music.
The arts are important to Africa because it is used in many important events: rituals/ceremonies, story telling, entertainment, work, and language. The common instruments are clapping of hands, drums, and call and response.
