2010 study says emotional well being rises with income up to a point of 75k. Day to day leap-iMessage did not increase with higher income.

Experiences make us happier than possessions. Buying something loses its excitement, experiences are often one time thing and you remember them well.

Mortality in rural areas
Higher mortality in youth, higher mortality due to injuries and circulatory disease. Men live till 74 instead of 76.8. No changes for women they live till 81.
Illness in rural areas
Rates of cancer and mortality from cancer were lower, respiratory issues were higher, arthritis were higher.
Negative impacts of rurality
Higher risk of mortality (accidents with machinery) and degree has negative impacts on health outcomes
Rural roads
Travel longer distance on shittier roads
