Before completing the orders what Should your review?
The previous days sales and forecasted sales for the current week.
Cuts and zeros report so that you can order up on victim lines.
The discount report for anything you have sold at less than full price.
What is the mid-morning checklist.
Complete and annotate a stock management walk with the reasons for any off sales (add any stockholding issues to the day’s PI, fix any off sales).
Complete the orders.
Send the milk and fresh orders.
Review planned OE check that clock in times were correct on the previous day.
Stagger colleague breaks through the morning.
Give a verbal handover
What is the afternoon checklist
Review and Action the PIL for the day.
Complete stock management walks throughout the day, off sales added to PI.
Review Live OE and sales adjusting shifts where required.
Ensure all areas are replenished and carded properly.
Swap tills when required and sort afternoon breaks.
Send CGO-S orders
