Feature that allows you to create documents and combine or merge them with another document or date file. It is commonly used when sending out advertising materials to various recipients.

Form Document and List/Data File
The document that contains the main body of the message we want to convey or send.
Form Document
Where the individual information or date that needs to be plugged in (merged) to the form document that is placed and maintained.
List/Data File
Microsoft will print individual addresses to a standard form that it has already preformatted. It creates a blank form document that simulates either a blank label or envelope of predefined size and will use the data file that you selected to print the information or individual address.
Label Generation
Electronic or digital pictures or photographs you have saved in any local stored device.
Pictures
Also known as .jpeg (JOINT PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPERTS GROUP). This can support 16.7 million colors and suitable for full color photographic images. These images are relatively small in file size. However, it does not support transparency.

-Built around the capabilities of .GIF
-Purpose for transporting images on the internet at faster rates
-Also supports transparency but does not support animation
-Can display 16M colors
-Allows the control of the transparency level or opacity of images

-.GIF type
-Line art drawings or images used as generic representation for ideas and objects
Clip Art
Printable objects or materials that enhance the appearance.
Shapes
Predefined sets of different shapes grouped together to form ideas that are organizational or structural in nature.
Smart Art
Type of material that represents data characteristics and trends.
Chart
Realistic image that you can capture while discussing any report.
Screenshots
Placement that treats image as text.
In Line with Text
Allows image to be inserted anywhere within the paragraph where text is going around a square pattern.
Square
Text “hugs” or conforms to the general shape of image especially for transparencies like .GIF or .PNG
Tight
Text flow even tighter, taking the contours and shape of the image. This can be best used with a .GIF or .PNG type of image.
Through
Pushes the text away vertically to the top and/or the bottom.
Top and Bottom
Image can be dragged anywhere but the texts floating in front of it.
Behind Text
Allows the image to be placed right on top of the text.
