Use light font on dark background or vice-versa.
Contrast
Feature that enables a user to apply a predesigned slide so that the user can just focus on the contents of presentation.
Slide Master
Add overall value to the message and will increase the focus of the audience on the presentation.
Animations
Is used to show how the object or text will appear in the slide.
Entrance
Is used to focus or point attention to a certain object or text.
Emphasis
Is used to show how the object or text will disappear from the slide.
Exit
Are used on how an object or text will move from one point to another in the slide.
Motion Paths
Used to automatically set when a particular animation will take effect.
Timing
Animation where object or text will start animating after mouse click.
On Click
Animation where object or text will appear together with the previous object or text.
With previous
Animation where object or text will appear after the previous object or text.
After Previous
Set how long an effect will animate.
Duration
Set when an object will start animating.
Delay
Allows the user to set effects when transitioning to other slides. It is also used to set the length of time the transition effect will animate.
Slide Transition
Is used to set the length of time the transition effect will animate.
Duration (Timing Group)
Set the length of time the slide will remain in view before the presentation moves to another slide.
After
If selected, the presenter will have an option to move the next slide when the mouse is clicked even before the end of the time is set in the after option.
On Mouse Click
(COMMON) Creates a hyperlink to a website or a local file saved in your hard drive. Just browse your file in the dialog box or type the web address.
Existing File or Web Page
(COMMON) Creates a hyperlink that allows you to jump to a specific slide in your presentation.
Place in This Document
Creates a hyperlink that one clicked, creates a new document on your specified location.
Create a New Document
Creates a hyperlink that opens Microsoft Outlook that automatically adds your specified recipient on a new email.
E-mail Address
Creates a new file from scratch. You can select from a wide variety of files listed.
Create New
Creates a file from an existing file saved on your hard drive; Simply browse the file to use it. Putting a check on the “link” option will allow you to modify the Excel file inside your presentation.
