What is eDiscovery used for?
It allows you to find all electronic communication for legitimation purposes that is contained with M365 such as Exchange, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
What is Records Management?
Categorising content to apply retention policies to determine how long this content should be retained for and one what should occur at the end of the documents lifecycle
Where is the setup of DLP located in M365?
It is located within the Compliance Admin Centre
What is the purpose of DLP?
It is to monitor M365 applications such as Exchange, SharePoint Online and OneDrive to prevent the sharing of sensitive information.
How are DLP policies monitored?
There is an audit log that allows you to monitor DLP acitivities
What is the purpose of a label policy?
It allows you to apply a policy to a container such as a Mailbox or SharePoint site. For example you might want to set a SharePoint site as restricted and then prevent external users from being granted access.
What is used to add watermarks and footers to documents in M365
This is achieved by using sensitivity labels.
