How do you prepare a microscope experiment (Plant Cell)
A
- Peel a epidermal cell from a onion
- Place cell on a microscope slide
- Add a stain (iodine)
- Coverslip onto the cell gently

Use the objective lens on the lowest lens and focus on the sample, then increase magnification and refocus
