What causes it? What will it lead to?
A
A low level of amniotic fluid. Associated with agenesis of the kidneys. Will lead to Potter’s Syndrome (clubbed feet + pulmonary hyperplasia + cranial deformity)

Childhood Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease
(How common is it? What happens?)
A
- Extremely rare
- Liver cyst + extremely large kidneys
- Kidneys are sponge-like on cross-section

Describe Cystic renal Dysplasia
A
Abnormal development of the kidney in which cyst develop instead of functional kidneys. “Bunch of Grapes” formation.
