Establishing Annual Objectives

Defusion
This method for dealing with conflict includes making them exchange their ideas in order for them to develop an appreciation for the other’s point of view and work through their differences
Confrontation
This is the first basic type of organizational structure, it’s also the most widely used because its the simplest and the least expensive.

This is the second most common and basic type of organizational structure can be simplified with the word decentralization.

This structure is the most complex design because it relies on both vertical and horizontal flows of authority and communication.
Matrix Structure
This involves reducing the size of the firm in terms of number of employees, number of divisions, number of hierarchal levels. Also known as Downsizing/Rightsizing/Delayering
