What does Weight Training
Involves lifting weights to increase the strength of the muscles, using repetitions and Sets
What does Interval Training do?
Involves alternating stages of high and low intensity activity
What does Fartlek training do?
A method of training for runners where the terrain and speed are constantly changing
What does continuous training do?
Aerobic exercising at a moderate to high level with no rest
What does circuit training do?
Its a series of excersises completed for a certain amount of time one after another
What does Plyometric training do?
Exercises where muscles use maxinum force in short intervals at a time
