To be able to run for a certain amount of time at a quick pace.

How much force and for how long it can continue

A exercise that increases your heart rate.
What is balance
The ability to control yourself to be able to stand on small and thin objects
What is flexibility
The unique ability to stretch your muscles far
Power
The ability that is combined with speed and strenght to things
Reaction time
How fast you can react to anything coming slow or fast towards you
Speed
How fast your muscles can move to run a short or long distance
Body Composition
Percentage of body that is muscle, fat or bone
Muscular endurance
Ability to use voluntary muscles many times without getting tired
