What would you see on an ECG for digoxin overdose?
Frequent premature ventricular beats (PVCs) is the most common and the earliest dysrhythmia. Sinus bradycardia is also very common.
What is the management of digoxin overdose?
The primary treatment of digoxin toxicity is digoxin immune fab (digoxin specific antibody).
