Q

What is basal metabolic rate (BMR)?

Q

What are the factors influencing BMR?

A

Not everyone is equal:
-Age: young vs old (lower BMR)
-Biological gender: males vs females (lower BMR)
-Body temperature: warm vs cold (higher BMR)
-Stress: higher BMR
