Maximum: 30
No cognitive impairment: 24-30
Mild impairment: 18-23
Severe impairment: 0-7

Two main criteria for depression diagnosis
1) Depressed mood most of the day every day for at least two weeks
2) Marked diminished interest/pleasure in almost all activities
