Depression
A mood disorder where the individual feels sad and lacks interest in normal activities
OCD
An anxiety disorder where anxiety arises from obsessions and compulsions
Phobia
A group of mental disorders characterised by high levels of anxiety in response to a particular group of stimuli
Phobias emotional
Fear, persistent and unreasonable. Anxiety and panis are also displayed
Phobias behavioural
Avoidance. Fight flight or freeze
Phobias cognitive
Irrational nature of thinking and resistance to rational arguments. Recognition of fear being excessive or unreasonable
Depression emotional
Sadness, loss of interest in normal hobbies, anger
Depression behavioural
Shift in activity level, sleep and appetite may also be affected
Depression cognitive
Negative self concept, guilt, a sense of worthlessness
OCD emotional
Anxiety and stress, embarrassment and shame, sometimes obsessions with germs
OCD behavioural
Compulsion behaviours to reduce anxiety, repetitive and unconcealed
