Brakes - As required
Throttles - Idle
Speed Brakes - Extended
ANY Issue ABOVE V1
Maintain Directional Control
Accelerate to Vr
Rotate at Vr
Climb at V2
Landing Gear Up (when positive rate)
@ 400 (AGL) - Flaps up / V2 + 10 kts
ENGINE FAILURE during Coupled Approach
Power (operative engine) as required
Speed Vref + 10 kts
Flaps to Take Off or Approach (15 degrees)
ENGINE FAILURE with FIRE Warning Light Illuminated
Throttles (affect engine) IDLE
IF LIGHT CONTINUES TO BE ILLUMINATED
Engine Fire Switch (affected engine) Lift cover & Push
Either illuminated bottle armed light - Push
Emergency Restart - Two Engines
Ignition (both on)
Fuel boost pumps - Both on
Throttles - Idle
If altitude allows - increase speed to 240 kts
RAPID CABIN DECOMPRESSION (cabin alt 10k warning light comes on with Master Warning)
O2 Mask - Don with 100% O2
O2 MIC Switches - Mic O2 Mask
Emergency Descent - As Required
PAX O2 - Ensure Pax are receiving O2
EMERGENCY DESCENT
AUTOPILOT / TRIM Disengage Button - Press
Throttles - IDLE
SPEED BRAKES - Extended
INITIATE Moderate Bank
AIRCRAFT Pitch Attitude - Approx 15% nose down
ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM SMOKE or ODOR
O2 Masks - Don & Emer
O2 MIC Switches - MIC O2 Mask
SMOKE REMOVAL
O2 Masks - Don & Emer
O2 MIC Switches - MIC O2 Mask
ELECTRICAL FIRE or SMOKE
O2 Masks - Don & Emer
O2 MIC Switches - MIC O2 Mask
BATTERY OVERHEAT (Batt Over Temp Warning Light On & Master Warning)
VOLT / AMP - NOTE
BATT Switch - EMER
VOLT / AMP - Note Decrease
AUTOPILOT Malfunction
AUTOPILOT / TRIM Disengage Button - Press
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
THROTTLES - Both Off
L/R ENGINE Fire Switches - Both Press
BOTTLE 1 & 2 ARMED Switches - Both Press (If fire suspected
BATTERY Switch - OFF
AIRCRAFT OUTSIDE - Check for Best Escape Route
