Nose down pitch control - APPLY
Bank - WINGS LEVEL
When out of Stall (no longer stall indications)
Thrust - INCREASE SMOOTHLY AS NEEDED
Speedbrakes- CHECK RETRACTED
Flight path - RECOVER SMOOTLY
If in clean config and below 20,000 ft
Flap 1 - SELECT
Note: If a risk of ground contact exists, once clearly out of stall (no longer stall indications), establish smoothly a positive climb gradient.
[MEM] Stall warning at lift-off
Thrust - TOGA
At the same time:
Pitch attitude - 12.5º
Bank - WINGS LEVEL
[MEM] Unreliable speed indication
If safe conduct of flight impacted
AP - OFF
A/THR - OFF
FD - OFF
■ Before thrust reduction
All THR levers - TOGA
Pitch TRGT -
below 10,000 ft - 12.5º
above 10,000 ft - 10º
■ After thrust reduction
● If derated climb engaged
All THR levers - MCT
All THR levers - CLB
Pitch TRGT -
below 10,000 ft - 12.5º
10,000’ - 25,000 ft - 10º
above 25,000 ft - 5º
● Below FL250
below 10,000 ft - 12.5º
10,000’ - 25,000 ft - 10º
above 25,000 ft - 5º
In climb - ADJUST PITCH TRGT
● If the flaps lever is set to full Flaps - SELECT CONF 3
Flaps & L/G - MAINTAIN CURRENT CONF
Speed brakes - CHECK RETRACTED
[MEM] TAWS Caution

■ During night or IMC
Simultaneously:
AP - OFF
Pitch - PULL UP
Thrust levers - TOGA
Speed brake lever - CHECK RETRACTED
Bank - WINGS LEVEL or ADJUST
Do not change configuration (slats/flaps, gear) until clear of obstacle.
■ Daylight and VMC conditions, with terrain and obstacles clearly in sight:
Flight path - ADJUST
[MEM] TAWS Caution
“SINK RATE”
■ Above 1000 ft AAL IMC or above 500 ft AAL in VMC
Flight path - ADJUST
■ Below 1000 ft AAL IMC or below 500 ft AAL in VMC
Go-around - CONSIDER
[MEM] TAWS Caution
“DON’T SINK”
Flight path - ADJUST
[MEM] TAWS Caution
“GLIDESLOPE”
■ Above 1000 ft AAL IMC or above 500 ft AAL in VMC
Flight path - ADJUST
● When conditions require a deliberate approach below glideslope:
G/S mode - OFF
■ Below 1000 ft AAL IMC or below 500 ft AAL in VMC
Go-around - CONSIDER
[MEM] TAWS Caution

Go-around - PERFORM

● If the TAWS triggers one of the PULL UP alerts:
Simultaneously
AP - OFF
Pitch - PULL UP
Thrust levers - TOGA
Speed brake lever - CHECK RETRACTED
Bank - WINGS LEVEL or ADJUST
Do not change configuration (slats/flaps, gear) until clear of obstacle
[MEM] TCAS Caution - traffic advisory
“TRAFFIC, TRAFFIC”
Do not perform a manoeuvre based on a TA alone
[MEM] TCAS Warning - Resolution advisory
■ All RA except any CLIMB RA during approach in CONF 3 or FULL:
AP (if engaged) - OFF
FDs - OFF
Respond promptly and smoothly
Vertical speed - ADJUST or MAINTAIN
■ Any CLIMB RA during approach in CONF 3 or FULL:
Go around - PERFORM
Vertical speed - MONITOR
Respect Stall, GPWS, or windshear warnings.
ATC - NOTIFY
● When “CLEAR OF CONFLICT” aural alert sounds:
ATC - NOTIFY
Lateral and vertical guidance - ADJUST
AP/FD - AS RQRD
[MEM] Windshear warning - Reactive windshear
“WINDSHEAR, WINDSHEAR, WINDSHEAR”
■ On ground, at takeoff:
● Before V1
If there are significant variations in airspeed, and an airspeed trend below the indicated V1, reject the takeoff.
● After V1 THR levers - TOGA Reaching VR - ROTATE NORMALLY SRS Orders - FOLLOW
■ When airborne, during initial climb, or at landing:
THR levers at TOGA - SET or CONFIRM
AP (if engaged) - KEEP ON
SRS orders - FOLLOW
Do not change configuration (slats/flaps, gear) until out of windshear.
Carefully monitor flight path and speed
Recover smoothly to climb, when out of windshear
