- Push Go Around switch
- Aggressively apply maximum thrust
- Disconnect autothrottle
- Simultaneously roll wings level and rotate to 15°
- Retract speedbrakes
- Follow flight director guidance for GA

- Push GA switch
- Verify GA mode announciation
- Verify GA thrust
- Retract speedbrakes
- Monitor system performance

- Disengage autopilot and autothrottle
- Adjust pitch and thrust
- PM to ATC : “TCAS RA”
- “CLEAR OF CONFLICT, RETURNING TO…”

- Advance thrust levers to attain maximum thrust
- Call for “FLAPS 20”
- Adjust pitch

- “ENGINE FAILURE”
- Disconnect autothrottle
- Select continuous thrust limit
- Manually set to MCT
- Select ENG OUT CRZ in FMS
- Set engine out altitude on MCP
- Slow to engine out airspeed
- Select VNAV
- Notify ATC
- If required, initiate turn with HDG SEL
- “NON-NORMAL CHECKLIST”
- Determine course of action
