1) Thrust levers - IDLE
2) Brakes - APPLY
3) Thrust reversers - APPLY
L(R) ENG FIRE (IN FLIGHT)
1) affected thrust lever - CONFIRM & IDLE
2) affected ENGINE RUN - CONFIRM & OFF
3) affected DISCH handle - CONFIRM & PULL
After 10 seconds and L(R) ENG FIRE warning message persists:
4) affected DISCH handle - TURN
After another 45 seconds and L(R) ENG FIRE warning message still persists:
5) affected DISCH handle - TURN
L(R) ENG FIRE (ON GND)
1) Thrust levers - IDLE
2) L and R ENGINE RUN - OFF
3) Affected DISCH handle - PULL
4) Affected DISCH handle - TURN
5) Affected DISCH handle - TURN opposite direction
POST-SHUTDOWN ENGINE TAIL PIPE FIRE
1) Affected ENGINE RUN - OFF
Bleed air is available:
2) ENGINE START - L(R) CRANK until ITT is 150*C or less, or flame at engine tailpipe is reported out, or starter limit
Bleed air is unavailable or tail pipe fire indications persist:
3) Emergency Evacuation Procedure - ACCOMPLISH
DUAL ENGINE OUT
1) RAT (if not deployed) - DEPLOY then stow handle
2) Target Airspeed - 200 KIAS until ready for relight
L(R) REVERSER UNLKD
1) Affected Thrust lever- CONFIRM & IDLE
2) Affected ENGINE RUN - CONFIRM & OFF
3) Airspeed- NOT MORE THAN 170 KIAS
SMOKE or FIRE - any SMOKE Warning Msg and/or visible Smoke or Fire
1) Oxygen masks/smoke goggles - DON/EMERGENCY
2) Crew communications - ESTABLISH
3) PACK CONTROL - HIGH
4) BLEED/AIR COND RECIRC - OFF
5) PRESSURIZATION, AUTO/MAN - MAN
6) PRESSURIZATION, MAN ALT - UP to increase cabin altitude
CABIN ALT Msg, EMERGENCY DESCENT
1) Oxygen masks/smoke goggles - DON/100%
2) Crew communications - ESTABLISH
3) PASSENGER OXYGEN - OVERRIDE
4) PASS SIGNS - ON
5) EMER LIGHTS - ON
6) Descent - INITIATE to 9000ft or lowest safe altitude, whichever is higher
7) Thrust levers - IDLE
8) FLIGHT SPOILER lever - DEPLOY SMOOTHLY TO FULL THEN MAX
APU FIRE (IN FLIGHT)
1) APU - OFF
2) APU DISCH Handle - CONFIRM & PULL
After 10 secs and APU FIRE warning message persists :
3) APU DISCH handle - TURN
After an additional 60 secs and APU FIRE warning message persists:
4) APU DISCH handle - UNLOCK
5) APU DISCH handle - TURN in opposite direction
APU FIRE (ON GND)
1) APU - OFF
2) APU DISCH handle - PULL
3) APU DISCH handle - TURN
4) APU DISCH handle - UNLOCK
5) APU DISCH handle - TURN in opposite direction
UNPLANNED DITCHING or FORCED LANDING
1) DITCHING - On
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
Pilot:
1) Parking brake - SET
2) Evacuation - COMMAND
3) GND LIFT DUMPING - OFF
4) FLIGHT SPOILER lever - RETRACT
5) L/R ENGINE RUN - OFF
6) APU - OFF
7) L/R/APU DISCH handle - PULL
8) Evacuation - INITIATE using PA
9) BATT MASTER - OFF
Co-Pilot - on Evacuation command
10) ATC - ADVISE
11) EMER DEPRESS - ON
12) EMER LIGHTS - ON
EMER POWER ONLY
1) GEN 1/2/3/4 - OFF/RESET one at a time
LOSS OF ALL DCPC POWER (all display units blank)
1) ELECT DC POWER, EMER OVRD - OVRD to tie ESS TRUs to SPDAs (DC ESS and BATT BUS)
ANY CONFIG MSG(s)
1) Takeoff - DISCONTINUE IMMEDIATELY
