STALL WARNING AT LIFT OFF
“STALL, TOGA 15”
- TOGA + Pitch up 15°+ Wings level
STALL RECOVERY
“STALL, I HAVE CONTROL”
- Pitch down
- Wings level
- *When out of stall:**
- Increase thrust smoothly
- Speed brake check retracted
- Recover flight path smoothly
- *If below FL200 and clean:**
- Flaps 1
UNRELIABLE SPEED
“UNRELIABLE SPEED”
- AP OFF
- A/THR OFF
- FDs OFF
PITCH/THRUST
If below THR RED ALT:
-TOGA 15°
If between THR RED ALT and FL100:
-CLIMB 10°
If above FL100:
-CLIMB 5°
- *FLAPS**
- If flaps FULL, select 3. In any other flap setting, maintain
- SPEED BRAKE check retracted
- Gear up
When at, or above MSA or Circuit Altitude, level off for troubleshooting
TCAS WARNINGS
With TA:
“TCAS I have control” + Hands
If RA:
- AP OFF
- FDs OFF
Reach the green within 5 secons
-Notify ATC
To re-engage: FD-Modes-AP
EMERGENCY DESCENT (PF)
“EMERGENCY DESCENT”
- OXYGEN mask - ON
- Establish COMMUNICATION
- ALT TURN-PULL
- HDG TURN-PULL
- SPD PULL
- FMA
- IF A/THR OFF: THRUST IDLE
- SPEED BRAKES FULL
(Readjust alt FL100/MEA/ hdg +/- 30º/ spd 340? or maintain if damage)
EMERGENCY DESCENT (PM)
- OXYGEN Mask - ON
- Establish COMMUNICATION
- Signs - ON
- ENG MODE - IGN
- MAYDAY call
- “EMERGENCY DESCENT”
- 7700
If cabin altitude > 14000’: PAX OXY MAKS - MAN ON
WINDSHEAR
“WINDSHEAR TOGA”
- Manual TOGA
- Follow SRS
- keep AP on
- Don’t change config!
(PM Reads winds and communicates)
EGPWS
“PULL UP TOGA”
Simultaneously:
-AP OFF + PITCH: PULL UP
- *- THRUST LEVER: TOGA**
- SPD BRAKE - Check retracted
- wings level/adjust
-do not change configuration
LOSS OF BRAKING
“LOSS OF BRAKING”
- REV - MAX
- BRAKE PEDALS: RELEASE
- A/SKID & N/W STRG: Order OFF
- BRAKE PEDALS: PRESS (max 1000PSI)
If still no braking:
PRK BRK: Short & Succ apply
WINDSHEAR AHEAD
“WINDSHEAR AHEAD”
- IF BEFORE V1: rto
- IF AIRBORNE: THR LEVERS - TOGA + FOLLOW SRS
- IF LANDING: GO AROUND - PERFORM
