Explain USP 1 & 2 - time limit & no. of questions
There is no time limit for a call and you can ask an unlimited number of questions.
Explain USP 3 - initial consultation
You could say it replaces an initial consultation with a lawyer. As you probably know, he who has said that ‘talk is cheap’, has never hired a lawyer. So, if you can resolve questions you have at your fingertips, why wouldn’t you do it?!
